The following is a guide to provide the training on how to make an import for the different PINs on the markets where those are managed. Prepare the file The first thing to do is to create a file in the tool of your choice (excel, google spreadsheet, xls). The file must contain all the PINs that will be imported. Before creating the file, please make sure to select the whole document and put the format in plain text as shown below. Always make sure of not putting any space on the fields, the only one that can have it is the PO field. See below an example. As shown below. Please make sure to always follow that structure. Below you'll find some examples for the different markets (Jamaica, Trinidad, Suriname, Guyana). Once the file has been saved as a dat document, you'll access the FTP you'll make sure the file type shows as DAT and make one final review of the document making sure it is well created.
